- About
Metada Metarepository is a unique tool developed by Metada.
It is a flexible environment for definition and execution of domain-oriented metamodels. Metamodels contain not only the
static description of what entities a model may contain, but also implement services that interpret their conformant models.
The business domain modeling in Metada Metarepository is primarily focused on platform independent representation of the domain’s
requirements from which software program code and configurations may be automatically generated for various platforms to accomplish
the required tasks.

Currently, Metada Metarepository is a web-based application written in Java. Its user interface is realized using XSL
transformations that are generated from metamodels. Access to data (models) in the database is done via an interpreter, which
generates in real time the SQL queries based on a metamodel.
Meta Metarepository „saw the light“ in 2002, from that time we have used it for many projects and our team works continuously
on its perfection.
